Terms and conditions of contract

Please read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy carefully before using our services. You should only use our services if you agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

Please note that this document is not filed, is created in electronic form only, is not retrievable and does not refer to a code of conduct.

Booking procedure

Please notify us of your booking intention by email, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok or phone, your booking will be confirmed in any case.

If the Renter decides to return the car before the agreed date, we will not refund any costs resulting from the earlier return.

Use of vehicles

We deliver our cars to our Clients with a full tank of fuel, and we ask you to return them as such. The cost of the missing fuel must be reimbursed by the Customer.

Furthermore, we provide our Hirers with a cleaning service inside and out. We kindly ask our Hirers to use our vehicles as intended - for the transport of passengers only. The Hirer is liable for any damage resulting from improper use.

Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. We will charge the hirer for any additional costs incurred in removing excessive dirt caused by unwarranted or improper use, and for repairing and cleaning damage to the interior or other parts of the vehicle (for example, during the transport of goods, furniture, cargo or other items).

The Hirer may only allow persons to drive the vehicle who have provided us with their details (identity card and valid driving licence) in advance at the time of booking. The Hirer and any additional drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a driving licence valid in Spain for at least 1 year.

If the vehicle is not driven by the person named in the rental document, the insurance will be invalid and all costs incurred will be borne by the hirer of the vehicle, i.e. the person who signed the rental document.

When parking the vehicle, even for a short period, always ensure that the doors are closed and the windows are fully up. Do not leave personal belongings in plain view and for safety reasons do not leave any objects in the vehicle. We are not responsible for any objects left in the vehicle.

The cost of replacing lost keys is the responsibility of the hirer.

In our contracts we will always indicate the fuel required for the rental car. In the event of incorrect refuelling, all costs will be borne by the hirer.

If the vehicle is damaged as a result of breaking traffic rules (e.g. speed limit, safety distance), driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or other inappropriate behaviour, the insurance cover will be invalidated. In such cases, the hirer will be liable for the full cost of any damage caused.

The hirer is obliged to use the vehicle in compliance with the Highway Code, traffic and road safety regulations and other relevant rules. In case of breach or non-observance of these rules, the insurance for the rented vehicle is not valid. If the accident is the fault of the hirer, the hirer shall be liable for the cost of the damage.

Fines and penalties

The Hirer agrees to accept full responsibility for any fines and traffic fines resulting from any offences committed by the vehicle or its named drivers during the rental period. Any fines incurred during the rental period shall be borne by the Hirer and any fines incurred during the rental period but subsequently received by the Lessor shall be paid by the Hirer immediately after the Lessor has been informed.

In the event of an accident

The Lessee must notify the Lessor of the accident as soon as possible. Our vehicles have an Accident Report Form - which must be completed in full by all parties involved. It is important that the form clearly states which party was at fault. If this cannot be established, the Hirer must call the police to the scene of the accident.

The Hirer must inform the Lessor of any breakdown or anomaly in the vehicle. In the event of theft, the Hirer must inform the Lessor, report the theft to the police and give a copy of the report to the Lessor.

Return of the vehicle

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and place.

Rental period

One day of the Rental Period is equivalent to 24 hours.
